In Januray 2006, Promised Land Praise and Worship Center sent John Peterson (John Paul) to Tanzania
to help Pastor John Chambo with his ministry in Mwanza. Since then John Peterson, working with Pastor James, has
expanded this mission to spread the Gospel to some of the more remote villages in the area.
John's partnering with (and marrying!) Glenna Cummins has added new dimensions to the messages presented and in the ability
to reach a wider cross section of the population.
We are planning to send a shipping container of supplies to further not only his ministry, but also the Christ-Sharing ministry
of other pastors and their churches in this country. There is a great need among these people for many of what you and I
consider the basics of life. In addition, Pastor James is planning to start a secretarial business to help support
his ministry. If you would like to help with the monetary gifts or items you no longer use, your
gifts will be deeply appreciated.
