Tanzania Project
Pastor John Chambo left a congregation of about 700 members in Tarime, Tanzania to begin a church in Mwanza,
a city of three-million people. His new congregation, Revival Glory, is currently about 40 members and they work hard to
reach the people of a city with many obstacles to Christianity. They also go into the surrounding rural and jungle areas
to present evangelistic series. Pastor Chambo has been on an educational sabbatical and outreach mission to the U.S.A.
and will return to Africa in September.
He is planning to take with him a crate of supplies to further not only his own ministry, but also the Christ-Sharing ministry
of other pastors and their churches in his country. There is a great need among his people for many of what you and I
consider the basics of life. In addition to trying to raise about $7500.00 for the cost of shipping the crate, to be
delivered from the U.S. to his city, Pastor Chambo has expressed a need for his members and other congregations of the following
items. If you would like to help with the monetary gifts or items you no longer use, your gifts will be deeply appreciated.
